  Some employees are nice and helpful. Most (mainly the ones on the floor) are pretty rude. I shop here very frequently, always spend a couple of hundred dollars every trip. Most employees act like it's a huge inconvenience to do anything. If there were any other locations closer to me, id not step foot back into this one. Good location, ok prices. Just some of the employees need to be reminded that not everyone is trying to steal or be rude. I always walk In go straight to what I need proceed to checkout. Sometimes I'll check the clearance sections. I'd really rather not have to go in this store but no where else around here sells what I need.

  The Geek Squad is awesome. I bought the one-year program where I can bring my stuff back anytime for tech support or upgrades and they have done a great job Everytime. I've been back three times to do upgrades and fixes to my laptop in twice with my son's desktop. Satisfied every time.
