- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆October 31, 2019, by Emily WoodTerrible service. My bill was over 100$ than normal. Been on phone past three days with them they were supposed to come out yesterday. Then today now tomorrow to check my meter. The woman I spoke to yesterday admitted my usage and that it should had only went up by 6-7$ and that they will see what is going on when they come out to check, which they have yet to do. I have been told several different things by several different people. One of them tried to tell me that my bill went up because their rates went up. I then stated “so you’re telling me it went up by 100$?” And she said well “no ma’am” in a ugly tone. Terrible service.
