  Ordered a printer for in-store pick up at this store. Was told it would be available for pick up January 30th at the latest. It is now February 5th and no printer. Asked if I could cancel my order and get a refund since it is being delivered to store and was told that unless that printer arrived in the store there was nothing they could do for me. No refund until the printer was physically in the store until then its MY PROBLEM!!?? Its ship to store people I was assuming that I was protected and my printer wouldn't be lost. Would give NO STARS! I will NEVER use this store again or any staple store. Apparently it is ship to store at your own risk! Update: Contacted Staples customer service and they were extremely helpful. Got back in touch with me in a very reasonable time, found out what happened to my printer, cancelled my order with no problem and refunded my money in full. Customer Service was great the store not so much.
